Onboarding Campaign Rejections and How To Solve Them

The following Onboarding Campaign rejections are common rejections across these campaigns.

RTM Spaza POI 

1. Rejection Reason: Outlet name does not match 100%

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that the outlet name visible in the picture you submitted does not match the name you entered when typing the outlet name.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure to double-check the spelling of the outlet name when typing it out, as well as any punctuation marks such as hyphens, dashes, spaces, quotation marks, full stops, brackets, and apostrophes.


2. Rejection Reason: Outlet already submitted

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that the outlet you submitted has already been submitted by either yourself or another jobber.
How to rectify rejection: Unfortunately, if the outlet has already been submitted, we are unable to approve your job.


3. Rejection Reason: Incorrect store type selected

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that the type of outlet you have selected is incorrect compared to the image you have submitted.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you choose the correct outlet type. If you're unsure about the outlet type, please note this in the feedback section of your job.


4. Rejection Reason: Outlet does not qualify - Not a Spaza

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that the outlet you selected is not a Spaza. This campaign only permits the onboarding of Spazas.
How to rectify rejection: Unfortunately, if the outlet is not a spaza, it does not qualify, which means we are unable to approve your job, and resubmission is not possible.

5. Rejection Reason: Please correct inaccurate answer - Peanut Butter is sold

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that you inaccurately stated that peanut butter is not sold, but in the images you submitted, it is visible that the outlet sells it.
How to rectify rejection: Please ensure that you accurately correct the answer upon resubmission.


6. Rejection Reason: Please correct inaccurate answer - Mayonnaise is sold

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that you inaccurately stated that Mayonnaise is not sold, but in the images you submitted, it is visible that the outlet sells it.
How to rectify rejection: Please ensure that you accurately correct the answer upon resubmission.
