Audit Campaign Rejections and How To Solve Them

The following Audit Campaign rejections are common rejections across these campaigns.

General Audit Rejections

1. Rejection Reason: No photo inside outlet

Description of Rejection Reason: Failure to provide a photo of the inside of the outlet indicates that you did not enter the outlet. We are left to assume you just walked by, suggesting that your answers are inaccurate.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure that if the job requires an inside photo, you capture a photo inside the outlet showing the general layout.

2. Rejection Reason: No photo inside outlet - Photo can be taken closer to gate to see inside

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that you were required to take a photo of the inside of a gated outlet, but the image is too distant to clearly show the interior through the gates.
How to rectify rejection: Capture a photo with your phone near the gated bars, ensuring visibility between the bars into the outlet's interior.

3. Rejection Reason: No photo showing right side of store

Description of Rejection Reason: This means that you did not capture a picture of the right-hand side of the store, which would showcase the entire right wall.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you capture the entire right side of the shop so we can accurately assess the coverage of the Cell C paint.
4. Rejection Reason: No photo showing left side of store

Description of Rejection Reason: This means that you did not capture a picture of the left-hand side of the store, which would showcase the entire left wall.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you capture the entire left side of the shop so we can accurately assess the coverage of the Cell C paint.

5. Rejection Reason: No photos showing right and left side of store

Description of Rejection Reason: This means that you did not capture pictures of the left AND right-hand side of the store, which would showcase the entire left and right wall.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you capture the entire left and right side of the shop so we can accurately assess the coverage of the Cell C paint.

6. Rejection Reason: Store not on-boarded

Description of Rejection Reason: This means that the outlet was not onboarded onto the M4jam platform, or not onboarded correctly.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you capture the correct details of the outlet and the owner to ensure we can accurately check on our system to ensure they are onboarded.

7. Rejection Reason: Store not found - Please note that instructions state that you should not submit the job but rather contact Support with the job information.

Description of Rejection Reason: This means you submitted the outlet status as "Store not found," which is not permitted for this particular audit job.
How to rectify rejection: If you encounter a store that you are unable to find at the given location, please contact Support with the job information.

8. Rejection Reason: No Kiwi in photo and no feedback

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that Kiwi products are not visible in the submitted images, and there was no reason provided in the feedback for this.
How to rectify rejection: If the outlet sells Kiwi Products but is currently out of stock, please make sure to note this in the feedback section of the job.

9. Rejection Reason: No Mayonnaise in photo and no feedback
