Location Rejections and How To Solve Them

Below are common location rejections encountered across all campaigns:
1. Rejection Reason: Incorrect location

Description of Rejection Reason: This reason indicates that you submitted your job from a location that isn't recognized in our system as the correct place, and/or you were too far from the designated store location, typically beyond a 50-meter radius.
How to rectify rejection: To address this, make sure you submit the job from the accurate location. If the location is wrong or if you're experiencing cellular connection issues, please mention it in the feedback section provided on the job.


2. Rejection Reason: Jobber location incorrect

Description of Rejection Reason: This reason indicates that we've cross-checked the outlet's location in our system and found it doesn't match the location you submitted.
How to rectify rejection: To resolve this, please ensure you're using the location provided in your job. We've verified that our given location is accurate and corresponds to the specific site where you should be operating. Therefore, any other feedback won't enable us to approve the resubmitted payload.
