Images & Photos Rejections and How to Solve Them

1. Rejection Reason: No photo of outlet

Description of Rejection Reason: You have not captured a photo of the front side of the store, which
means we are unable to verify if it is the correct store
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you've taken a photo clearly showing the front side or view of
the store.
Image Questions on Jobs
2. Rejection Reason: Internet images used
Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that the photo you've submitted in any section of the job
isn't an authentic one you've taken. It suggests you've retrieved the photo
from the internet or another source.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you're submitting photos taken in real-time from your device
when completing a job.
3. Rejection Reason: Blurred images
Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that the quality of your image/s is blurry and unclear,
making it difficult for us to validate your job accurately.
How to rectify rejection: Please make sure to hold your hand steady when capturing images for your
job so that we can accurately identify key elements within the image.
4. Rejection Reason: Duplicate images
Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that you have previously used the image for a different
job, which is not permitted.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure you're using photos taken in real-time as you conduct the job
to ensure the correctness and authenticity of your information.
5. Rejection Reason: Image format

Description of Rejection Reason: This indicates that your images have been taken in a landscape angle,
which is not permitted.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure all submitted images are taken in portrait format.
6. Rejection Reason: Photos not accessible.

cellular signal connection was poor while you were posting your photos for the
job, resulting in incorrect uploading onto our system.
How to rectify rejection: Make sure your cellular connection is strong when submitting a job, and
escalate any issues you encounter from the M4jam system during job submission.
