Location Settings: Tips before starting a job

#1: Always refresh your location before beginning a task.
#2: Need help finding your location? Follow these steps:

Step 1 For Android Users:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Apps
  • Choose M4Jam
  • Tap Permissions
  • Enable Location
  • Select "Allow while using the app"

For iOS Users: Make sure to enable location access after logging into the app.

Step 2 Ensure that the images you upload are not too large, as this can cause the app to load slowly.

Step 3 Ensure you have a stable network connection and strong signal to submit tasks successfully.

Step 4 Make sure you have enough airtime or data to complete tasks. Remember: M4Jam offers free data to all CELL C users.

TIP: Start and submit tasks from the same location where you took your photos. Avoid walking too far, as it can lead to an incorrect location.
