How to Plot a Unique Point of Interest (POI) on a Map for a Job

Note: Your device must be fully GPS enabled with location settings turned ON.

  1. Start the Job

    • Grab and start the job as usual.

  2. Enter the Store Name

    • Begin typing the name of the store as instructed in the job. For example: Okovango Crossing SuperSpar.
    • As you type, a map will appear. Zoom in to ensure the pin is on the exact location.
    • If this location hasn't been plotted yet, you'll see "Location available."
    • If the location is already plotted, you'll see "Duplicate title" when you click NEXT. This means another jobber has already plotted this location. You will need to find another location to plot and submit.

  3. Continue to the Next Step

    • Proceed to the next step or activity as prompted.
