How to Cash Out via EFT: Timing and Steps

Looking to cash out your earnings safely and conveniently? EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is your solution.

How Long Does EFT Take?

The processing time varies based on your bank. For FNB, expect it within 24 - 48 hours. For other banks, allow 2-3 working days. If your funds haven't cleared within this time, reach out to support via WhatsApp at 062 291 8586 for assistance.

How to EFT:

  1. Ensure your cellphone number is verified.
  2. To cash out, go to MENU --> SPEND.
  3. Select EFT SECURE at the bottom.
  4. Enter your banking details and desired amount. (Please be aware that your wallet will only store your banking details if you complete a transaction immediately after entering the new information. If you enter your banking details and then exit the app, the EFT Secure feature will not retain your banking information.)
  5. Tap REQUEST EFT.

Important: Double-check your bank account number, as incorrect entries can't be reversed.
