How to Delete Your M4JAM Account

Deleting your M4JAM account is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Request Account Deletion: Send an email to support@m4jam.com with your request to remove/delete your M4JAM account. Make sure to include the cell number linked to your account.

  2. Confirmation from Us: We'll grant you permission and notify you once the deletion is complete.

  3. Follow These Instructions:

    • Click "Delete my account from my profile."
    • Confirm your decision to delete your account.
    • Enter the OTP received via SMS for verification.
    • Cash out any earnings in your wallet before proceeding.

  4. Account Deletion: Your account will be permanently deleted once you complete these steps.
