Your EARN Tabs: Suggested / All / Grabbed / Rejected / Completed

Before We Get Started:

Understanding why jobs appear when you search is crucial. Most jobs have a 40km search radius. If you're within this 40km area, the job will show up under the SUGGESTED tab. The golden rule of thumb is:

IF YOU CAN SEE IT, YOU CAN GRAB IT!

However, this doesn't necessarily mean you can 'Start Job,' as the start distance may differ from the search distance. If you're too far to start the job, you'll be notified to move closer.

Understanding the Tabs:

Access your 'Earn' tabs by logging in and tapping on Menu --> Earn

You can then choose to find jobs under the tabs Suggested / All / Grabbed

Here's what they mean:

  • SUGGESTED: These are the default jobs suggested for you, based on the 40km search radius explained above.

  • ALL: These are jobs that match all your specified preferences according to the filters you set.

  • GRABBED: These are jobs you have grabbed but not yet started. Jobs remain active for typically 3 hours, but this can vary based on the brand's requirements. If you don't start the job within this period, it will expire and be available for others to grab. You can grab it again if it's still available or if another jobber hasn't taken it.

  • COMPLETED: These are all your successfully completed jobs for which you have been paid. You can find your earnings and transaction history under SPEND.

  • REJECTED: These are jobs that were not approved due to errors. You'll receive an SMS explaining why the job was not approved and what was done incorrectly.

Additional Information:

Validations take up to three working days. If it takes longer, please submit a ticket, and our support agents will investigate the delay and get back to you.
